I am officially a short sale expert! I have closed my first short sale listing! There was a time that I would have turned down a short sale listing or shyed away from short sales altogether. However, as the local market becomes more and more saturated with these types of sales it is important as a Realtor to provide my clients the valuable service of understanding the short sale process and be able to negotiate their interests on behalf of the bank.
